  Not if the public is let in on it. but the lotteries dont care about us anymore. at least wisconsin doesnt, i worked at a gas station during the time that they switched over the drawings. and there WAS NOTHING that told anyone they switched. we didnt even know. in fact i played $5 a day for three months not knowing it was computerized until Nov 1st when The press release was put on LP then i emailed WI LOTTERY and they told me they switched over August 2nd.

  BUT id like to know about this 9 scandal i always read about in AZ. when was that and how long did it last? and WHY WHY WHY did this not upset more people and show that RNGs are not to be trusted. that should have been the end.

  if people had losing tickets that had 9's they should be refunded.....

  missouri, california, kansas, delaware, oregon, minnesota, colorado, south dakota, idaho, louisiana, nebraska, indiana, arizona, washington, michigan, wisconsin.........i sure hope the list doesn't keep growing,if you don't know by now these are computerized states......lets keep the list from growing.

  I've been playing the Delaware Lottery and I am convinced the computer is RIGGED to make sure it selects numbers that NOBODY has selected for that particular drawing.  Computers are programmed.  Computers can scan all ticket entries and cross check pre-selected winning numbers against those chosen by lotto players to make sure there are no winners.  We MUST end ALL computerized drawings.  There is NO rational reason to have computerized drawings other than to put the control of the STATE's "winnings" purely, solely, and TOTALLY in THEIR hands.

  the only way to make sure the computer doesn't select numbers nobody chooses is to have ball drawings,when you play with balls you have all the chances in the world of your numbers hitting....
