Well, I guess the only way for me to really know is to actually win and take annual payments. 

I can always claim well it's not my fault i'm getting AP if it's already chosen on the ticket :-)

      LOL.  whatever!  It seems like the lottery commission would be happier to see an AP win instead of a Cash win.

            The annuity companies, which are making money off of annuity-only wins in Mass and NY.

              They're only involved if you want the cash option but don't have it.

                They're ALSO involved where there is NO cash option. That's why my handle is CASH Only, because some games STILL are annuity-only.

                    I'm sure it takes a while to change any game the size of powerball. I would hope that they could start the process by having a teleconference with the various states to set up a new matrix and gameslips.
