      I dont see it as a good idea (for certain states). As loosing Jeff pointed out that people in "corrupt" states would start playing online in states with better payout ratio. Small states would also loose the revenue they setup the lotteries for in the first place.



      I would love it if this became a reality since it would give me the freedom to play anywhere I want. But I also understand the counter argument and agree with it.

        Mass & NY lotteries are corrupt (perhaps Indiana in a different sense).

            As an alternative to betting online, I would simply like all states to be able to allow non-state residents to purchase "season tickets".  It's high time the fed's did away with the law that prdvents you from mailing un-expired lottery tickets across state lines.

              Are there ANY State Lotteries where I can play online legally?

              What makes the NY/MA/IN lotteries corrupt?

                Channel 9 Chicago aired a report last week that the Illinois Lottery is considering offering online lottery playing.
