  *sigh* I'd go with NY Lotto. MM's odds are a worse turn-off than kissing a girl, and noticing she has a nosehair protruding out at you (that actually happened to my friend btw lol).

  After finding out the payback percentages for each game in NY, I'd go with Scratch games only.

  True, NY Lotto's payback percentage is only 40%... worst of all NY games! I'm embarrassed if a visiting relative asks me what good games are there here in NY

  Quick Draw has a 60% prize payout. In NY, that's better than all games except for Scratch games.

  I would have to go with pick 3 in DE unless they had a 6 digit lotto like WV (6 out of 25). I like this game and wish I lived closer to the WV line where I could play often. The odds of winning are only about 1 in 175,000. They pay up to 10 winners $25,000 each if there were that many. I don't think they have ever had that problem. They pay $250 for 5 numbers, $10 for 4 numbers and $1 for 3 numbers. I play this game every year when I go to Illinois to visit my mother and I have won several times without anymore than a few draws for game history.  I have mentioned this game to DE state lottery officials everytime I go to view the drawing process, but they keep coming up with "lame" games like their latest vention Multiwin Lotto which is the same game that they call Match 6 in PA. It is nothing more than a lottery instant ticket game as far as I am concerned. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1.6 million to win $50,000 and many of the other odds of winning a decent prize are way more difficult than playing to hit straight at pick 4. From memory I'm thinking the odds of winning a $1,000 prize are about 1 in 23,000. It cost $2 to get 3 chances which would reduce your chances to hit this prize by 3 I suppose (1 in 7500 apprx). One could take the $2 and play two 4 digit numbers a $1 straight to win $5,000 at slightly higher odds but 5 times the money.  Other prize odds for this game make playing pick 3 a much better option.
