I have a dream of sailing around the world and doing what I want to do someday before I die. I've tried to make it happen before and it didn't pan out. In fact I've tried a few times and went about it the wrong way everytime. Hindsight and the 20/20 thing, I think as I reflect back on my misgivings about how I thought my "secret weapon" was going to be my ticket to my million dollar sailing yacht. Yep, I was naive. Not about being able to maybe actually beat the hell out of certain lottery games, but about people believing it could be done without seeing it first. The more learned one is in lottery and math the harder it will be to believe there is something beyond what is commonly known.

These days I figure I don't really need a new million dollar boat. Nah, I don't need autopilot, autothis and auto that with every bell and whistle a sailor could ever dream of. Nah. And I don't need a rusty can that would break in half if a minnow splashed a drop of water against it either. Nope, neither of those. I'm thinking something good enough for a small charter service that would pay for itself.

Just a dream I've had for a decade or two.

And your dream is to win the lottery for any number of reasons, depending on who you are. Of course you would do only good things with you winnings. Or at least the intent is there. Of course you would do more good than the person beside, in front of and behind you and are therefore more deserving to win. It is a travesty if such goodness and intent are not rewarded, because just look, all that good that man would enjoy in the world if only you were in charge of all the money everything would be perfect. Yes, our Machine could then grind us painlessly back into the dust from whence we came. Whereas before was so painful of which to be a cog, at least for some.

You can't win on good intent. You don't know what the result of you actions will bring and you don't know if there will be a tommorow.

I've decided to give away my ole "secret weapon" with the source code which is written in C/Cplusplus. But to only up to ten people here on Lottery Post. I don't expect or ask anything in return. The only string attached - NO SALE or redistribution of any part of the executable or source. For lottery war use only. I believe ten of the right people could take this software and beat the lottery on a continous basis if they worked together.

Thing is, are there ten out of ten thousand who could work together here on lottery post?

WAKE UP, you children on the playground. Stop having fun for a moment and look. HEY, you sleepy old timers. Wipe away those cobwebs and come down off those old wheelie choppers.

EVERYONE, don't wake up in a few sobbing about the whale that got away, cause this ain't no fish story. What it could become is up to you. Me, I just wanted to sail...

To dream: ahh, is it the realm of reality or just a picture your sub-conceious has planted in the mind.

reallity comes with a price, but to dream  doesn't cost you a thing, it is priceless. so lock yourself in the cabin sailor and sail on, sail on...!

take no offense by what i wrote waynr, the content is by no means a put down, nor is it by any means offensive in nature, just a quote i remembered from book i've read . you're not unleashing a monster..

but the lottery war could prove to be very fruitful for all those concerned. thanks for the sudden jolt back to reality.the potential is for the "eye's" of the beholder and to map out a strategy to which they can complete the underlying task...    good post.    thanks

No offense taken. The software is what it is. Others may not see it as I see it because I know what the code does. After finishing the program and playing around with it for a month or two I found it could do some neat stuff which hadn't crossed my mind initially. That was seven years ago. I happened upon LP a little over a year ago. I've enjoyed reading the ole post, but I spend way too much time online. My dances with computers have almost cost me a divorce more than once so soon as I leave this thing with you people I'll prolly be as the man on the moon. I'm not gonna use it. I don't want to write another line of code. If I keep it nothing will ever come of it. I'm a break even kind of guy anyhow. So you lottery lovers have at it. It doesn't really matter to me anymore.

It's ironic that you said someone's got to mind the store because that is exactly where my endevours are taking me. My wife and I are in the process of opening sort of a thrift store. LOL

Here's a list of members who I think would likely have the most success working as a team. Just my opinion from reading the forums, but who knows.

1.bobp - Ability to grasp complex concepts and the wisdom to use them (so it seems).

2.Todd - Programming and administrative skills among othe things.

                        3.RJOH - Objectivity.

                        4.jake649 - Experience.

                        5.ayenowitall - math.

                        6.jadelottery - programming.

So I'm a liar. Thats 25 instead of ten. I plan on passing out copies to those who want them on Friday April 1. And it has nothing to do with April Fools day either.

                            waynr,

Thank you for the mention on your list of ten. Actually, I really was a bit of a math wiz in high school and college, but I've since forgotten the biggest part of it all.

I also have a dream. I can't spell it out because I'm superstitious enough to believe that the magic of any dream lies in keeping it a secret. Dreams are the things that make life worth living. If it can be dreamed, it can be done. So, hold on to your dreams.

Like you, I've come across a secret weapon to win a lottery jackpot. Like all the others I've had before, I'm quite sure that this is the one that will really get the job done. If it doesn't, I'm confident that there will be yet another method that will be equally inspiring for me.

As badly as I want to win, I'm thinking that the greater part of the thrill and enjoyment of winning the lottery is in the chase. (What will I really do if I ever manage to catch that tiger by the tail?) Surely, the dynamic of the endeavor will change entirely as soon as I realize that I've actually hit the big one. At the very least, it should make for an interesting experience.

No, money can't buy happiness, but I think I'd rather be rich and unhappy than poor and unhappy. And if happiness comes my way, all that money will just be gravy. After all, I don't want to win for all the things that I can acquire; I want to win for all the things that I eliminate from my life. In my heart of hearts, I'm really a minimalist.

I wish the best of luck to you and the ten or so others. I think it can happen for you all. For me, the thrill is in the chase. And when I win, I wan't to be able to say (ala Frank Sinatra), "I did it my way."

                            Good luck,

                            aye'

very well said "aye" . i echo your exact sentiments, and i really do believe it is in the thrill of the chase. i hope your dream becomes a realilty...
