We can only hope.  I would try the $100 scratcher once, just for kicks.

i would guess indiana would have come up with the idea years ago.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

IMO it will be KY.  However, I don't see it.  I might be 100 before a $100 scratch game is released.  (I'm only 18 right now).

How are you going to win if you don't play?

Good thing you don't live where you have to be 19 or 21 to buy a ticket.

Yeah that's true.  I don't have plans on playing in any of the states that restrict the games above the age 18 in the next several years.  I'm surprised TN didn't make it 30.  They want to take Sunday Games away from us and that's a lot of CRAP.  (It's not going to happen though).

Maybe Connecticut will be the first.

I would NOT buy a $100 scratch off.  If they did have that, I would expect the grand prize to be like $20 million or more.

Such a game would need a cash option.

If it was $100, such an annuity would be $1 million tax-free every year for life.

I would only play if the odds were 1:1.  What I mean by that is every ticket would have to be a winner.  However 1:2.5 you win all your money back.

How are you going to win if you don't play?
