I've been saying that Lotto South needs a bigger matrix even if it doesn't add a fourth state.

    Lotto South with a bigger matrix, PowerBall with a bigger matrix and now the Blue Game all in the MUSL states would be targeting the same players and that doesn't make any sense.  Most states prefer to have several games with different odds and prize levels to attract different players.

      That's why I like the Massachusetts lottery, there's something for everybody. Cash, annuity, big pick-6, little pick-6, pick-5, pick 1-4, Mega Millions, Keno. Variety, it's something more lotteries should look into.
