I remember a time I was 16...I was smarter then my teachers. When I became 21, I was in charge of the world like the guy holding the tiger by the tail. Now I am 39. I look back and realize just how little I truly do know.

Funny part is...I hear my parents voices whenever I try to advise my daughter of things in life not to do. Perhaps sometimes, somethings in life are best learned first hand.

Some days, the guy in the mirror tells me that the extra beauty sleep just ain't cutting it.

        Blackie,

You can find it a little cheaper if you shop around.  Check out my favorite Vette website, www.corvetteforum.com.  They have a bunch of advertiser links, and some have the Blackwing for closer to $200.  Sometimes you can pick one up on a group purchase price.  (Check the forums there.)

It was the first mod that I made to my vette, and probably the best, considering the bang for the buck you get.

Thanks Todd. I looked it up and it appears I have been on that website in the past . It said I last visited 4/11/05 . It was when my passenger side seat was going crazy and I asked if anyone knew what was going on . It seemed to adjust itself without anyone touching the buttons on the side .Sometimes even when no one was in the car. Never found out what it was and it stopped doing it now. Thanks again and Good Luck.

        Blackie.

I think Grandpa on page 4 had it at 80. Not sure of the page though.

And if you noticed, Mike, Todd is not saying....!!!!!!!!!!!!

My guess is that he is in his mid-forties.  He is too wise to be any under thirty (and by wise, I am talking about wisdom, which comes with age).

Sheeze.... I can't believe I'm hanging around a forum with a lot of oldsters.

I'm a strapping youth of almost 62.  Born 1943, last group to begin school the first half of the 20th Century, when things still hadn't been invented.

Nice to be participating in a forum where I'm not the oldest person posting.

Good for you Cash! Since you're a young 41, you should take an annuity. =)

I get the impression you're in the business of telling other people what they should do with their money?

Tough and lonely job, but someone has to do it, I suppose.  I doubt old Cash could have figured that all out by himself.

Many posts ago I reported in at age 80 ... born Thanksgiving Day, 1924 ... graduated hi-school in 1941 ... enlisted in US Navy (air) in 1942 ... having won the Big One, WWII, discharged in 1945 (honorably) ... bought home for MOM in 1946, thanks to GI Bill ... graduated American University in Washington, DC, in 1951, thanks to GI Bill ... retired in 1991 ... started playing PB and MM in 2002 ... will win PB and MM in 2005.

And while I am posting, may I conserve my posts by adding:

There is do so much good in the worst of us and so much bad in the best of us, that it hardly behooves any of us to criticize the rest of us.
