I'm posting this in the Pick 3 forum, since most of the people involved frequent this forum.

I've been directed to a page on his web site that looks like he lists a bunch of Lottery Post member names, along with their systems.

I am simply amazed at the audacity of this, especially if no permission was given to post it by the author.

I imagine that some of the friendly members here were looking to help adolf pick some good numbers, and instead of appreciating their help, he turned around and posted their hard work on his public web site.  Disgusting.

Those who don't want him posting their work should contact him immediately and tell him to take it down.  Also post a reply here (if you like) so that everyone knows you requested that he remove it.  Maybe we can shame him into removing the pirated systems.

Um....This is a pretty big deal in my humble opinion. It's totally unethical and possibly illegal. You might want to make this a sticky for a short period of time assuming you might be able to unsticky it later.  -Bonnie

We all know my story already. To be completely honest I can't make heads or tails of the spread sheet for my system so I have no clue if it is the same or not. lol.

I think here would be the place to tell everyone I thank them for showing Adolf they did not approve of what he has done. Thank you.

And with GOD as my witness, I do not play golf. Green laugh

        Many winners to you.

With all that has been going on I have neglected to ask Adolf to remove everything which pertains to me. So here we go.

Adolf, I would like everything that pertains to my user name (Dead_Aim) to be removed from your websites. Furthermore, on your domain of my user name I would like a readable disclaimer, posted at the top of the page,  stating that your website is not affiliated in any way with the user Dead_Aim from the Lottery Post. These are my wishes.

            Thank you.

I had no idea that he went as far as registering domain names under your name.  Can you give us the URL, so we can see that he complies with your wishes?  (If you would prefer to send in PM that's fine too.)

              Thanks,
              Todd

I agree.  He should not have done it without their permission.

Most of the stuff on that page has been there a while.  Nobody knew this already??? (I didn't, because I don't go there; only on cases like this)

Legal?  Maybe it's like recording a song....change one word, etc, and that makes it YOURS.

I just found something else very interesting.

                      Check out this link: http://www.lotterycruncher.com/BBS/showthread.php?t=693

This data was created using Lottery Post's Deflate 3 system, yet when he pasted it to his forum, he REMOVED the small Lottery Post Credit at the bottom.

The guy couldn't even say "thanks" to Lottery Post for generating the numbers for him!  This is what the output from Deflate 3 looks like when you paste it:

                      Results: 1

                      Tier 1

                      123

Generated by the Lottery Post Deflate 3 System
