Ohio Rolling Cash5 rolled to $556,000 and the odds of winning it is 1:575,575. That's as close as I've ever seen the jackpot of a lottery game get to paying out the dollar amount of the odds of winning. If anyone think they've got a good pick5 system this is the time to test it.

Last night I played $26 and got $24 back and tonight I added $11 to my winnings and played $35 and only got $2 back. I thought I would on to something by picking my numbers from the previous 15 drawings but that didn't work tonight. I'm going to have to keep trying until the prize roll back to $100,000, I'm hooked.

I've reviewed my system and it used parameters based on the fact that 58% of past winning combinations had 5 numbers from the previous 17 drawings and last night that was not the case as it was the night before when it did so well. The logic programmed into the system have been tested and looked good on paper but the test of any system is how it works in reality. Now is not the time to have second thoughts so it a go again tonight.

Interesting that OH now has two pick-5 games. Of course Lot O' Play doesn't look like it will be around long.

I don't understand the concept of someone paying you 10% of their winnings to make it legal for them to play the numbers you posted in a public forum, they must like you. I removed my email address from my profile because I kept getting mail from folks who wanted me to send them money so they could play their own numbers. I wonder if tntea is being rewarded for her classes on Vtracs? Hope someone in Ohio who likes you wins some money tonight using your numbers. Good luck to you.

I put the following information in my RNG as a guide for picking 50 lines to play.
N1 from 1-5 draws back
N2 from 1-7 draws back
N3 from 1-10 draws back
N4 from 3-15 draws back
N5 from 3-19 draws back
No repeats of any combination of 2's for the first 25 lines there after combinations of 3's may be repeated
Total times numbers in combination can appeared in previous 363 drawings 212-260 times
Combinations profiles:
Sums = 60-140
Gaps = 1-21
Range = 16-27
match 1 = 120-169 times
match 2 = 19-52
match 3 = 0-9 * no match 3 less than 30 drawings back
match 4 = 0

Tonight's winning numbers were 01 12 16 24 28 and nobody won so the jackpot rolled to $639,000.00

My 50 lines match 3x2 and 2x5 for $25.

CalifDude, your 38 lines match 3x1 and 2x9 for $19, so you can expect $1.90 if someone that liked you played your numbers.

I play to add another $25 dollars to my winnings and go for 50 lines again.

Wow...did you ever get that all messed up!! It is certainly legal for someone to play a lottery in the state where they live. It is NOT legal for me to send someone money to buy a ticket for me. I usually send them via email more numbers than I posted here. But those were the ones we played tonight. My sister is the one that plays for me in Ohio and she can't afford the 182 tickets I normally send out via email. But I think I will tell her to keep the $1.90!

Except for the NY Lotto, they are not buying tickets for a STATE lottery. Powerball, MegaMillions, etc. are not state lotteries. This subject has been beat to death here on LP, but I will say a little about it again.

Lotteries are ILLEGAL in the Unites States of America. Having said that, each state must pass their own laws regarding having a lottery in their state. Most (maybe not New York) REQUIRE that you be a resident of that state to purchase a ticket.

Like I said this is an old subject, so you might want to do some searching so that we don't start it all over again in this thread!

Due to tonight's winning numbers the parameter for my RNG "no match 3 less than 30 drawings back" will be changed to "no match 3 less than 25 drawings back" The rest of the parameters will be rechecked to make sure they didn't eliminate a match 5 or allowed too many losing combinations.

One of SuperLotto biggest winners was from Pennsylvania. I wouldn't be surprised if an out of stater wins the Rolling Cash5 jackpot. When the PowerBall jackpot get over $200M, I head over to Indiana to buy tickets. Where are you getting your information?

North Carolina is the only state I've ever heard about anyone breaking the law by having a lottery ticket from another state and that was years ago. The case was dropped because they didn't have a leg to stand on because it was only illegal for a person to sell them in their state at the time.

Didn't I just say that Power Ball, etc. are legal? What is the law in Ohio? Maybe Ohio is one of the few states that allow out of state purchases. My information comes from the law in California and very long discussions here on LotteryPost. If the law allows me to send money to my sister, then I certainly will for such a big jackpot.
