I like polls because you can get a feel for the opinions of others. It is called a consenus. Not that one must form one's personal opinion about a particular topic due to a Poll results, but it's always nice to know which way the wind is blowing. (So to speak) For example: How many people think that taking the annuity payout option is better than the cash lump sum? Just from my research following POWERBALL WINNERS, the overwhelming majority if POWERBALL WINNERS select the Cash Lump Sum. Why? A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. No New Yorkers or New Jerseyans ever accept the annuity these days...too cynical. Rural types from boonies take the annuity; more trusting/naieve/gullible...ain't I cynical? The real sharpies opt for a TRUSTEE TO ACCEPT THE prize on behalf of a TRUST, WHERE NOT EVEN THE statel ottery commission know who is the grantor,ie. lottery winner.
I thought this was suposed to be about polls?
