I'm looking for a lawyer now.

they are lier, I dont open 50 accounts but they say I open over 50 accounts. the maximum I created about 10 account. they way they detect IP address is IP for the whole city. I'm using dynamic IP address they may made a misstake in process of detecting IP address and say I open over 50 accounts.

First I will report to FBI then I will report to ripoffreports, I also report to their state police

If I was the owner of <the coin site> I would fire the girl do account manager job .

So you didn't open 50 accounts, you opened 10, and you admit it.
Then again, you don't even know how many you opened, "about 10", so you could have created 15? 20?

    What's the difference?
    What are you complaining about?
You broke the agreement in the first place.
    End of story.

    You lose,
    Game over.

      Right..

This person dosent have a leg to stand on. I'm in the middle of a Pro Se suit right now.

And there is nothing illegal about them protecting there company. Other than that. It's not in the U.S.A anyways.

So there is no legal recourse. Even if you had a case under US law.

If it weren't for Vtracs and STXS where would we be?

Getting an attorney to fight for  400.00 is not too smart either..chalk it up to a learning experience and let it go.  Next time you decide to get an account..get just 1.!

If you know your number is going to hit, have patience and then KILL IT!

You never know when you will get another hit.

First :about 10 : 7<10<13 . that can consider for about . but the company say over 50s .

Second:  I'm not open them at the same time. the account is hard to remember they give out random number not the name i'm chosen. I loose all money and dont remember that nothing strange.

Third : they are too dirty, they let me put money in but not let me take out. OK if they decide not to let me playing so dont let me deposite .

          Finally nomore to say

I still think it is your fault.  All online casinos only allow 1 account.

But I agree it is not fair they took money you lost.
If the account is not legal, it should be not legal for wins and losses.  They should have stopped all activity right in the beginning and froze all but the original account.

Sounds to me like if you were using a dynamic IP address you were trying to hid the fact that you opened so many accounts. Keeping you identifications secret. Regardless, looks like you were trying to rip them off ... now your cut off.

You don't have a leg to stand on no lawyer will touch the claim especially for a lousy 400 bucks gonna cost 2500 hundred or more to try and get something back that by all account doesn't belong to you if you in fact broke the rules.

You may end up owing the lawyer and the gambling syndicate.

                I agree with you 110%  paurths !!!!!

The site is not at fault, you are at fault for having more than 1 account.

The rules clearly state that ONLY one account is permitted per household.

No one can have 10, 50 or even two accounts for that matter.  You violated a BIG policy that many online gambling sites have....you just FINALLY got caught.

There is nothing that anyone can do...unfortunately probably NOT  even an attorney because a policy was violated by you, not the site.

I believe the phrase "game over" is correct in the situation because if you continue in that manner you will be banned by many more sites in the future.

                Good Luck!!!!

four4me you dont understand what I mean by dynamic IP . I dont hide the fact that I open many account. but I want you guys understand that they treat other people in my city who use the same internet service provider was me and said I open over 50 accounts this is the point. I play alot each day I spend about $100 for lottery, I dont care much about $400 I lost but I'm very angry at the way they work out.

and I forget to tell you gys about my friend he got $300 in his account and they treat him as me and took his money away also, that all I know, I dont know if there is any other in my city area got their account close or not.

Anyone who does business with that site needs their head examined.  Crazy

That was a nasty message, and if it is that easy to get around their 1 account per family rule and create 50(?!) then they should be yelling at their programming staff, not the customer.

Taydonet really doesn't sound like the scamming type who is trying to knock off a casino.

Come on, Todd, you really believe that IP-stuff? (i don't think you do ;-)
Any business that only relies on the IP-address and only allows 1 account on that info is cutting off a hundred/thousand potential customers each time "a new IP-address" creates an account.

                              lol, no way !!!

                               about "forgetting the account number".

                              Yeah right,

you know, i do that all the time, open accounts, get funds in it and a moment later i've lost my accountnumber.
This happens to me sometimes 13 times in a row.
I never heard of pen and paper, never heard of notepad or something...

You go to an attorney with that story and you might end up being a character in a stand up comedy...

btw, don't they send out emails in which your account number is shown?

                              lol

i don't want to offend anyone, but this is just to "transparent" it's funny!!!
