I guess we need to figure this out since it could be slightly profitable! :-)

I just noticed something - there are ONLY 24 numbers boxed for the "rare" numbers. Not bad...I think something could be worked there...what do you think?

Also, is there any such thing as "rare" numbers for Pick-4?

There are 30 rare numbers not counting doubles and triples.  Ten pure even, ten pure odd, and ten series.

I think it is the same for Pick 4, but of course they would occur less often than the Pick 3.

I count 30 as well. A five number wheel is covered by 10 combos.

Yes, there are 10 of each in Pick-3, however, you need to take out the following:

              012 - LLL

              123 - LLL

              234 - LLL

              567 - HHH

              678 - HHH

              789 - HHH

That leaves you with only 24 combos to play in Pick 3. Will look into Pick 4 as well later, after I test the Pick-3 version.

                10 series

                10 all high

                10 all low

then take out the "duplicates" that I mentioned above, which is 6, and you are left with 24

WHAT????  Why in the world are you taking those out????????  They are not duplicates ... they need to stay in.

They are double counted though...they appear in the other portions of the rare numbers. For instance, 123 appears in both LLL and Series. You don't want to bet on it twice, do you?
