@ cps10 (and everybody else ofcourse lol)

Will it happen in MN tonight?

First i must say that i don't use 019 and 890 as a series number
      In MN none of these, 012, 024, 026, 028, 046, 048, 068, 123, 135, 137, 139, 157, 159, 179, 234, 246, 248, 268, 345, 357, 359, 379, 456, 468, 567, 579, 678, 789
      which is:
      All even numbers
      All odd numbers
      3-consecutive digits numbers

has showed up for 33 draws.
The average skip for this is 5 draws in MN

Or QC, the current skip there is 35 draws, average skip is also 5.

I would say that either all even or all odd numbers would come up before a series, based on overdue theory, but heck, you could bet all 28 of those numbers since they are well overdue by 4 times the norm based on math, but also 6 times overdue by the MN average.

My order of strength would be:

      3-consecs

      All Even

      All Odd

        Lots of series number midday:

        KY - 354

        GA - 432

        TX - 678

NJ is ripe for the pickin'.  Last draw that had a series hit was 08-Mar-06.  Feb-06 had about 6, and so did Jan-06.  Any day now!!!!!!!!!

Our first Bust Out - that is with Pure Odd and Pure Even. However, if you had added the Series numbers in there, we would have been okay during the 77-Skip disaster.

we can make just about any combination of these,
i've written a truckload of functions, all i need to do now is call them and implement them,
can be done as we speak. (surely there will be one or two that i must have forgotten lol)

Isn't that the truth?! I told ya that before too long I would have a bust-out...hahaha

And perhaps GA Midday should be a "banned" state? haha

I think though, that this approach might be pretty good IF you set the right parameters...i.e., if a certain series or all odd or all even comes around every - for example - 20 draws - what is your guideline? Obviously you don't want to set it at 20 draws then bet it up, because there will always be a stretch - such as GA Midday - where you hit an extraordinary dry spell. I was thinking of maybe using a 3, 4 or 5x average rule. Granted, you won't have as many winning opportunities in each state, however, you could play every single state and generate some cash. Heck, you might not have any plays in a particular state, but you would limit a huge loss too.

                  Any thoughts?

I am going to continue along with this and see where it ends up - just doing HHH/LLL and OOO/EEE. Right now, the scorecard reads:

                  SUCCESSES: 25

                  FAILURES: 1

Would you like for me to send you my spreadsheet so that you can figure out how to do this quicker? All I am doing right now is HHH/LLL and OOO/EEE separate. I am looking at highest skips, etc and applying a progression that I have. Once I finish all of these states (only 78 series left to go!, then I am going to throw the Series combinations in there.
