I am reading the help section on Betslips and it's not much help. Do they charge for the service? how much? Is it up front flat charge or percentage of your winnings or percentage of bets or amount in account. I cannot see any information about charges and that sends a red flag to me.Has anynone played online? If so how do they charge?

I don't have any problems seeing the full extent of the costs on their web site.  Maybe you should just try it out.

they charge u both. Think they say it's like 1% of your jackpot win or something like that, don't think they take 1% on small jackpots.  also it's $2 a tickets dollar extra. it's in thier help section.

Thanks atl1. That helps a lot. Appreciate the help. I finally got the answer in their FAQs. In addition to the 1% of (jackpot) winnings...

Q: How do I get the prize I won? A: When you have a winning ticket, we redeem the ticket at a state lottery retailer for you automatically, and your Betslips.com online account is immediately credited with the prize. Any funds in your account will be automatically applied to future orders when you checkout. If the balance in your online account reaches US $50.00 you may request a withdrawal of your funds. (Minimum withdrawal is US $50.00.) Depending on the way you choose to be paid, there will be a varying service fee assessed. For example, if withdrawing into your Click 2 Pay account, there will be a US $15.00 fee. For a money order there wil be a minimum US $30.00 fee. These handling fees cover the cost of transferring the money to you.

I have played at Betslips and they charged me $.32 cents for a $10 bet. So look at a charge of about .032% of what you are betting.

That is wrong, You really mean 3.2 cents per every dollar, or 3.2% not 0.032%.

Betslips doesn't charge any kind of fee like that.  At least I've never been charged anything extra.  I think maybe your credit card company added the fee, or else it has something to do with Click2Pay.

Hello, Everybody! I won't be posting much anymore, as everything that I wanted to post about have been already posted. Everything is on the posts and I can't add no more, I have tried to make learning about pick 3 filters as easy and as clear as I can, I even posted compilations of posts, filters and an index to past posts, whlile I still can add more info, many people still have to learn what has already been posted, their questions tell me that they have not learned enough yet of what I have already posted.

Most everything that a person needs to know to start learning about pick 3 filters is there already.

All that is needed is for people to read and understand and for somebody like Harmen and or Paurths to put into software. I tell you, Filters are the easy way in which to get the winning number with, ask CalifDude and BlackApple they will tell you all about it.

The problem with many people it seems, is that they can't coordinate the filters to make them work together, they only use 1 to 3 filters at most and many of them only 1 or 2, very many patterns and filters can be made to work together, people are just not really reading all of the filters posts and trying everything that I say out. Read, try and understand.

I no longer have much at all to post about, I am almost finished.

By the way, as it turns out, at least with Texas, but probably with many states, getting the pick 3 number STRAIGHT with filters is just as easy and in some cases easier than getting it boxed, not always of course, but perhaps often enough, don't expect to get it with only 1 or 2 combos, but with very many of them, That is, if you want to win often enough, not just once in a long while.

All other stuff that I have not posted about yet, I am not going to post about or tell anybody about, no time soon, after all, it is not really needed, as I have given about 500% more than enough info already.

                              Good luck!

                              Fernando.
