easy way:

1. take the last 20-30 draws...

2. Skip every other draw (but make sure you include the last 5-10).

3. You only need 10 numbers--believe it or not...

4. Now generate your 30 pairs from these ten numbers

5. Eliminate duplicates....

6. You now have your list...

this is the simplest way to do it..you will still achieve 85% + accuracy...

I went back and checked..and those who requested pairs for therir states can verify...in every case my system accurately isolated the winning pairs in a set of less than 25.

         Every case--GA, TN, KY...

Fibonacci, have you also researched the computerized States? Do they also fall within this 85% accuracy level?

Yea I thought of that...Is there a list of such states..I want to back test for the last month on all of the computerized states. I think (and I don't know enough to be defintive)  that is one of the reasons for moving to computerized drawings....Computerized drawings in such a case would not be truly randomized under the scenario I am outlining....which is the fear of lottery nuffs I suspect and for which they might be fully justified in their fears.

But a really good actuarial statistician should be able to pick up what I discovered...In effect the daily lotteries are now less than 1 in 250 (pick 3) and 1 in 2500 (Pick4).

Those who play online in states that you can wager just 25 cents and get higher payouts can use my system to disadvantage the house significantly.

Yes. If you go to the results category on the menu bar and scroll down to the State's report card list, the States that rate "D" and "F" are those with computerized pick 3
