Jack,

Please do the animation. It will qualify you for the Artistic Impression award in the LPHOF and keep 50% of the members on the site longer than they anticipated.

Thanks again to Bellyache for her precious contribution to LP.

I think that anim's a bit too racy for LP..... gonna have to call that one a miss.

Marilyn Monroe gave a toast in one of her movies once,

"There once was a man from Sydney
Who drank 'till he ruined a kidney.
    He drank and he drank
And it shrank and it shrank
But he had fun doing it, did'n'he?"

I had fun doing the anim. Blew that mama up to 2inch x2, 600 pixels per inch to work on it, stretched, contorted, cropped, then shrank it back to 100 pixels .... animated the 4 frames and she came out entirely too graphic to suit civilized tastes.

      Jack,

Thanks for doing it...I understand the General Audience rating aspect. The imagination is one thing they haven't taken away from us yet.

remember cherry pie from warrant? went something like this.....

            Swingin' on the front porch
            Swingin' on the lawn
            Swingin' where we want
            'Cause there ain't nobody home
            Swingin' to the left
            And swingin' to the right
            If I think about baseball
            I'll swing all night yea
            Swingin' in the living room
            Swingin' in the kitchen
            Most folks don't 'cause
            They're too busy bitchin'
            Swingin' in there 'cause
She wanted me to feed her
So I mixed up the batter
            And she licked the beater
            I scream you scream
            We all scream for her
            Don't even try 'cause
            You can't ignore her
            She's my cherry pie
            Cool drink of water
            Such a sweet surprise
            Tastes so good
            Make a grown man cry
            Sweet cherry pie oh yea
            She's my cherry pie
Put a smile on your face
            Ten miles wide
            Looks so good
Bring a tear to your eye
            Sweet cherry pie
            Swingin' to the drums
            Swingin' to guitar
            Swingin' to the bass
In the back of my car
            Ain't got money
            Ain't got no gas
            But we'll get where
            We're goin' if we
            Swing real fast
            I scream you scream
            We all scream for her
            Don't even try 'cause
            You can't ignore her
            Swing it! All night long,
            Swing it!
            Swing in the bathroom
            Swingin' on the floor
            Swingin' so hard
We forgot to lock the door
            In walks her daddy
            Standin' six foot four
He said you ain't gonna swing
            With my daughter no more
            She's my cherry pie
            Cool drink of water
            Such a sweet surprise
            Tastes so good
            Make a grown man cry
            Sweet cherry pie oh yea
            She's my cherry pie
Put a smile on your face
            Ten miles wide
            Looks so good
Bring a tear to your eye
            Sweet cherry pie

I voted ABSOLUTELY!!  I assume this is a "real" million dollars, not a choice of annuity or lump sum of 50%!!  Is it tax free too?  It would be tough to give up playing my personal numbers since I haven't changed them in over 12 years, but if that was the deal, I would just stop checking them. What I don't know can't hurt me. I would pay around $250,000 cash for a comfortable home (not here, but somewhere nice) and $25,000 for a new car and still have plenty to live on. I'd still work for group health benefits until age 65, but I'd pick something I like to do.

I think the question should be :

If you were told that you would win the lottery between now and the year 2035, would you accept 1 million dollars to stop playing the game.

That just smacks of one of those jokes that ends, "Aren't you a little old to believe in good fairies?"

                  The average person will never have $1,000,000 lump sum, so I'd vote yes;
