I recently asked myself the question, "what would the pefect Pick 3 wrapdown look like?" The rational was that it would give me clues into how the pick 3 works, and ultimately generate more hits. So in my head the The Perfect Pick 3 Wrapdown would look like this:
111
222
333
444
555
666
777
888
999
000

THE PHASE METHOD
One profound thing I noticed in the "perfect wrap" is the phase value between numbers that will generate hits in a week. If you look at the wrap that phase number is 37. Of course this is true for wraps in general, but I wouldn't have noticed it nor understood significance if not for the "perfect wrap".
If you take the last draw and add 37 to it you will generate the winning number for the next draw more often than not. Or take the last two draws and add them together using lottery math, and then add 37 to that. Of course the lottery won't yield it that easliy all the time. A lot of the time, you will have the complete mirror of the winning number. So in essence, in the Phase method you get the winning number or/and you will get the mirror of the winning number.
Example 1:
Second to last draw for NY Midday -July 28 was 222.
Add 37 going Forward - 222, 259, 296, 333, 370, 407, 444, 481, 518, 555, 592, 629, 666, 703, 740, 777, 814, 851, 888, 925, 962, 999, 1036
Adding 37 going Backward - 222, 185, 148, 111, 74, 37, 0, -37, -74, -111, -148, -185 all the way to quadruple digits, and then stop.
The subsequent draw was NY Evening was 148.
If you look above the winning number of 148 appears in the "forward" section as 481, and 814. It also appears in the "backward" section as a straight hit.
Again, the lottery is not always so neat, so you will not hit sometimes using this Phase method. When you do not hit, you will always only be off by 1 so instead of getting 148, you will get 581, 149, etc...
That one was easy though, because it had numbers of the "perfect wrapdown" in it.

Example 2: Adding last draws.
Last draws for Missouri Evening July 27 was 245 and Midday July 28 was 245. Adding them using Lottery Math produces:
894,
so going backward we get 894, 857, 820, 783, 746, 709, 672, 635, 598 561, 524, 487, 450, 413, 378, 339, 302, 265, 228, 191, 154, 117, 80, 43, 6, -31, -68, -105, etc...
The winning Last Draw for Missouri Evening July 28 was 117, which is in the Phase Progression above.
Again the number in the Phase progreesion could have come out 662, which is the complete mirror of 117.
To recap:
1. You take the last draw or add the two last draws and add 37 to it until you hit quadruple digits, and then you stop.
2. Then you have to go backward as well. Take the same last draw and subtract 37 until you hit quadruple digits.
Now the challenge is which one do you play for the next draw. That's up to you. I'm still exploring the "perfect wrap".
If you hold all these numbers for a few days, you will see a few hits according to my backtests. Its like the winning numbers are coming from the "last draw shell".
----------------------------------------------------------------
SUMS AND ROOT SUMS OF PERFECT WRAP:
111 = 3 =3
222 = 6 =6
333 = 9 =9
444 = 12 =3
555 = 15 =6
666 = 18 =9
777 = 21 =3
888 = 24 =6
999 = 27 =9
000 = 0
-
If you look above, the sums and root sums of the "perfect wrap" are very instructive.
If I add the two last draws of the Pick 3, I will write out the sum and root sum of each row of ten numbers. From my observation, the winning number wiil often come from the 369 sum and root sum series above.
For example:
Lets take three actual draws, that came out in order. They are 658, 435, 214. 214 is the next winning draw.
If you add 658, and 435 , you get:
083 = 11
194 = 14
205 = 7
316 = 10
427 = 13
538 = 16
649 = 19
750 = 12
861 = 15
972 = 18
Look closely and see the 369 series for the last three numbers. They are 750, 861, 972. So divide them by their sums and then add each:
750/12 =62.5 + 861/15 =57.4 + 972/18 =54
= 173.9
= 174.
174 is equal to the winning number of 214. It has also come out as the exact winning number.
Now let's be clear. This culling out of the winning number will not happen all the time for various reasons. You have to explore the "perfect wrap" and compare it to all other wraps. Sometimes the winning number will not come from the 369 series. There are reasons why. I do not know all of them.
-
Also another powerful technique is that you can get a different "new face" for wraps or numbers by adding taking the phase number 37 and multiplying it by the sum of the number or the root sum. Lets take the example wrap above and multiply 37 by the sum of each number. So:
083 = 11 becomes 37*11 = 407
194 = 14 37*14 = 518
205 = 7 37*7 = 259
316 = 10 37*10 = 370
427 = 13 37*13 = 481
538 = 16 37*16 = 592
649 = 19 37*19 = 703
750 = 12 =3 37*12 = 444
861 = 15 =6 37*15 = 555
972 = 18 =9 37*18 = 666
-
Now you take the "new face" wrapdown on the right and take the non-perfect numbers above 444, 555, and 666. You leave 444, 555, 666 alone because they are 'perfect', and you work with the numbers above them
So the numbers above left are:
407 + 518 + 259 +370 + 481 + 592 + 603 = 3330.
Now you find the average which is 3330 divided by 7 or
3330/7 = 475.71 which equals 476.
476 also equals the winning number above of 214. This happens alot. Sometimes it doesn't. Try to master those nuances or those exceptions.

I hope I have been clear. The above techniques involving The Phase Method and "The Perfect Wrapdown" hold plenty more. I'm still learning. Its been fun and tedious all at once. There is gold in the above techniques. You will really cash in when you start tweaking to find all thats there. This is just my opinion. Have fun.
