On top of the 38%-40% payout, NY Lotto prizes are taxable. But we need to concentrate on NY Lotto hiking the payout to at least 50%.

    Well let me tell you what I would say after having read her tested/proven body of work!

    Uninformed players play multiples; a multiple might hit maybe every 3 years or so one time in this country in just a single lottery of all of them out there.

    Informed players stay away from them and study number selection strategies that yield a greater likelihood of a win spending less money utilizing methods and techniques she explains/describes that yield more likely results.

      I bet even Gail Howard is pushing for a 50% payout in NY Lotto. She wrote columns in the late NY Lottery New$, which I delivered until it folded at the end of 2001.
