Do you recommend any particuliar why predicting using the Sudoku Solver?

It reminds me of a TTT setup, do you use the numbers horizontially, vertically, wrap around, V shape or other type of diagram?

Is there any reason you went with NC?

      Tim,

Yes, a 3x3 Matrix does resemble a TTT Setup.

I get good results with the Horizontal Numbers.

I used NC because, RedDog asked a question in regard to North Carolina.

Good Luck and Many Future Wins!

        Thanks for answering my question!

I understand now why you choose NC.

What state do you find Soduko Solver to work best in?

Thank you Raven for this wonderful thread, and for sharing with LP!!!

So how does one derive a number like 502, or any number with a 5 and 0 in it, since you are either using the 5 or mirroring the 5 to 0, and you never get a double like 55 or 00 in the puzzle?

For cases where you wish to play doubles use the diagonal direction
              and cross 3x3 cell boundaries.

Thanks Raven, nice trick to find doubles in the Maze!  But I guess what I'm asking is, let's say you want to predict that the next draw will be 501.  You will never have a 551 or 001 in the horizontal.  Do you look for the mirrors diagonal for those picks as well?  So in your example of 557 in the diagonal, would you look for a number like 551, and use the mirror of one of the 5's to give you 501?

That is correct Calabs, you will never have a double in the horizontal or vertical directions. You can see doubles in the diagonal direction where the diagonal direction crosses the boundary between 3x3 cells into an adjacent 3x3 cell. If your double trigger indicates doubles you may want to play only doubles. Right again Calabs, when you have 551 and you mirror the 5s for 001 you may also want to mirror only one 5 for 501 or 051.

                            Mr. R

I have downloaded the puzzle, I have placed the last draw as you described, one number in middle of box 1 reading across and down, second number in middle of box 5 and last number in middle of box 9.  I have found where a vertical win was found but after playing all the numbers at least twice.  You indicated that the process was or seemed to hit every other time.  I have checked horizontal, vertical, diagonal and don't seem to have much luck.  I also understand how you are using the 5 and 0 but I am not having much luck here in Florida.  What am I doing wrong?

I guess I am just old or it is the continued bad luck of the Florida Lottery.  Probably both!!
