Overall losses: $992

I think we could easily tweak this to our advantage.

The North Carolina Education Lottery - so much a joke that here are their mascots:

WSN, again - like most people say, I would play these when there was a substantial skip between these numbers. Meaning, if you get past 5 or 6 draws without one drawn, then play them. Especially if you are playing offline.

If you play online, you would be looking at quite a gap there between 7/29 and /9 between hits, but it could be done using the following progression ($0.25 bets online):

    DrawSGL #sBet/UnitUnitsSGL BetIf LossSGL Win
    156$14.00 1$14.00 ($14.00)$23.50
    256$14.00 1$14.00 ($28.00)$9.50
    356$14.00 2$28.00 ($56.00)$19.00
    456$14.00 3$42.00 ($98.00)$14.50
    556$14.00 5$70.00 ($168.00)$19.50
    656$14.00 8$112.00 ($280.00)$20.00
    756$14.00 12$168.00 ($448.00)$2.00
    856$14.00 20$280.00 ($728.00)$22.00
    956$14.00 32$448.00 ($1,176.00)$24.00

Now, granted, you are looking at that long stretch of losses with a high bank ($1,200), but you would win the following:

    7/29: $9.50

    8/9: $24.00

    8/14: $14.50

    8/15: $23.50

    8/16: $23.50

    8/18: $9.50

    8/19: $23.50

    8/22: $9.50

    8/24: $9.50

    8/25: $23.50

    8/29: $19.00

    8/30: $23.50

    8/31: $23.50

For a total profit of $236.50 - which really isn't all that bad.

Now, I don't know if TX has a $0.50 option at the retailers, but assuming they do, your progression would be:

    DrawSGL #sBet/UnitUnitsSGL BetIf LossSGL Win
    156$28.00 1$28.00 ($28.00)$12.00
    256$28.00 3$84.00 ($112.00)$8.00
    356$28.00 10$280.00 ($392.00)$8.00
    456$28.00 33$924.00 ($1,316.00)$4.00
    556$28.00 110$3,080.00 ($4,396.00)$4.00

Now keep in mind, that you are waiting out a 5 or 6 skip on this. So you wouldn't be playing but once in this period. And even then, you are putting up $392 to win $8. ($784 to win $16 on a $1 ticket).

I also like what WIN D has suggested: wait for 2 straight doubles and then play them. You had two chances in this 30 day period to hit on it, and the first one didn't work out. But the second one did. In the first situation (7/31 & 8/1), you would play 8/2, lose and quit until another opportunity comes along. But then the second one (8/26 & 8/28), you have a winner following, and if playing the progression, you would have won $8 on a $112 bankroll. Granted, that isn't a really high return, but it's a return, and it's a PROFITABLE return.

If you play that situation online, you are looking at a $9.50 return on a $28 bankroll. Pretty good if you ask me. Or $38 on a $112 bank if playing $1 bets.

cps10, this is where I maybe missing something with understanding your progression, in the first example is this not a profit of $236.50, but a loss, because you would have spent $56 x 86 = $4816, you a bank of 1,200 and you only get a return of $236.50, then your return and bank get's depleted by the -$4816 progressive expense. If I played the 8 game stretch.

Thank you MSgirlinga....  Hit as 763

That was a good 50/50 shot we had. That number was an early come back Box... the straight version of that number had not hit since Jan 2006.

If you can play it... LA tonight is another good 50/50 shot. Maybe even better.

Let me also emphasize what WIN D has brought forth...he and I play different systems at different times, depending on what opportunities arise. Granted, this opportunity with 6 skips on the numbers happened in TX once that month. Okay, well, you look for other opportunities to play when those aren't hitting. The way we approach things (mathematically and statistically), we can always find a winning proposition in any state with any draw, at any time. That is how you have to play the lottery. Not depending on one system but integrating a lot of them, including the proper betting scheme into your overall game strategy. That is how we are successful at it. SC Evening produced helluva straight for me this weekend, thanks to a trend that I noticed the week before. One system cannot beat the numbers. A healthy arsenal of tools will reveal winning numbers every week, if not, every day!

Very good point. I got to find enough of thos nuggets, so I can play regularly again.
