  My vote is no unless MM offers Power Play to California or if California joins Powerball to have Power Play.

  if the minimum jackpot is doubled to 30 million and ALL of the lower tier prizes were doubled (400k for 5+0 down to $6 for 0+1) then I might play for $2, but definitely less frequently. and if the powerplay would be $2 more then they would have to put in the numbers x7,x8,x9,x10 instead of the x2,x3,x4,x5 and occasional 10 now.
