A long, long time ago I used to buy my tickets from a shoe repair store.

The guy that owned the store told me that he had won 10,000 playing pick 3 that year.

True or False, Who knows.

Class Apart ! Compliment your friends/ loved ones through this fun card.          I bet if he won the big one, he would have "soled" out! Go ahead, say it, DUD!

The strangest place I've bought tickets was at a driving school in Philly Chinatown.

Now THAT's a strange place for sure!

I see the lottery has yet to "exhaust" finding all potential markets in which to sell tickets!

                Another strange one,but interesting!

The "burning" desire to win must run rampant there!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned a bait shop yet.

We have one of those places Justxploring was talkng abpout where people cash checks and pay their utility bills, and exactly the same scenario, within three feet of where they do that is a lottery terminal.

The Illinois lottery sets up a small tent at teh state fair and sells numbers games tickets and scratchers. Other than that it's the usual, grocery chains, convenience mart / gas stations, and liquor stores. And of course the infamous White Hen Pantry chain, man they sell a lot fo winners.

(I think they're now owned by 7-11 but don't know if they did a name change).

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

          Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Another "fishy" tail of hoping to reel in the big one!

That's right,I forgot, the state fair! They sell them every year here.

Coin Toss, is the White Hen Pantry a store? Restaurant? I've never heard of it.

              No dud there!

That's how you familiarize yourself to that kind of thinking.

              Visualization is a good start.

Actually I did mean sole instead of soul. Again...the wine is good....LOL You just reminded me of my mistake... Thanx...

Maybe it was a philosophical slip....LOL

The White Hen Pantry is a chain pf stores, I think they're convenience marts, or a little bigger. They are in the Chicago and Boston areas.

Maybe one of the Chicago area people here on LP can clue us in.

The Ohio Lottery had a similar tent set up near the 8th hole at an LPGA golf tourney.
