No doubt you could cash some big winners a couple or three times. My main point was that you were being overly ambitous thinking you could get a network of runners, etc. and still think you'd be the only one playing "your" number. Your 7 billion dollar dream requires TOO MANY things to go right, and a complete repeal of basic human nature.

With no money on the line, do the following: If you are in/near a big city, see how long it takes you to cover 25 gas stations. You know we are all about the details. Smash

Maybe 25 gas stations is too much...But you can always make different people cash in different tickets...

If you have a group of 4 people each cashing 4 tickets in each gas station then the load of 25 gas station is cut from 25 into 12 or 13 gas stations...And if you use 6 people is covered into 8 gas stations i think...: )..LOL...

The same scenario applies to playing the tickets...

but again is all theoretical, it doesn't mean that it will really happened that way...I am just mentioning this to stress the VALUE/WORTHNESS of a system that cracks the code..

And yes is better to keep it to yourself than to sell it to the feds/FBI/LOtto Corp...

Don't you think that even the FBI will want to know about your system...

And you may say that this is Theoretical science fiction kind of thing about really accomplishing those 7 Billlion dollars...But isn't it theoretical scienee fiction that you will find ALL OF THE treasures in the bottom of the ocean...You may find 1 or 2 treasures but not all of them (the treasures)...I doubt they will find all of the treasures at the bottom of the ocean...

Since this is a movie, why not have an alien come to earth like in the film, "My Favorite Martian" and have him reveal to an earthling, the secret of the Pick 3?  Cool Conehead                Lurking LOL

How about this one...An alien comes to Earth the same way the aliens came to Earth in the movie "The Arrival" with Charlie Sheen, and then they secretly begin to win and collect money free of tax from Pick3/Pick4 (the billions of dollar you can suck out of Pick3/Pick4), for they are psychis or vastly more intelligent than us, and with the money gathered from Pick3 the aliens beging their project of human-alien experimentation..

If you notice in the movie the Arrival Aliens are transported to earth through a device that makes them look human...

        great fiction ha ha ha

If aliens ever did come here they wouldn't need to play the lottery they could just take over and enslave the whole populace of earth. If they were so incline.

For every winner there are multiple losers, when the winners out weight the losers, thats it no more lotto.

There will never be a time when there are more winners on a daily basis than losers the games aren't set up that way.

They have safeguards in place, threshold payout's to prevent that. There will always be state lottery's unless the federal government steps in and say no more lotteries.

Guys, calm down, this is just a fancy, please don't take this so seriously.....My point is not that it can be accomplished (the 7 billions) my point is the WORTHNESS of finding the Holy Grail of Pick3, of finding a System that will crack pick3...

My point also is that if you were to find the system that crack the code, it will not be worth how much the lottery may want to give you..Let's assume that you cracked the code and the lottery comes to your doorstep offering you 60 million or even 100 million? My point is that it will not be worth 60 millions or 100 millions, it will be worthed MORE THAN THAT...That's why i name the title: "The Price of Cracking Pick3"....

Another point was that if in science fiction wise, cracking the code is worth more than finding all the treasures in the bottom of the oceans why not make a movie out of it..Not whether the 7 billions could be accomplished...How do you think they set up the price/worth of a bussiness takeover/buy/bid? I am sure they theoretically calculate how much dough the company will be producing in future X years, without realizing whether the company will do good or not or whether it will meet those expectations..

And will like to state that hunger for money will make the impossible; possible...

"My point also is that if you were to find the system that crack the code, it will not be worth how much the lottery may want to give you.."

It's possible somebody could find a program that duplicates a state's RNG program and maybe get a more reasonable $2500 a day without the lottery noticing. I wouldn't suggest cashing two $500 tickets a day at the same store or even one ticket so you need 35 stores to cash one ticket in each store once a week.

Even if you buy the 50 tickets, you would still need some help cashing them and the lottery would eventually notice a $25,000 a day rise in payoffs. I'd be more concerned with how much money the helpers wanted for cashing the tickets and who they might talk to.

Bottom line.. Just dont tell anyone... it will be your salary on the line and you can have the most fun job just driving around store to store playing a ticket at each one. Never playing more than 1 ticket at any one store and always claim your prize at a different store and shuffle the playing ticket stores and the claiming ticket stores respectively and shuffle the times you go in to play/claim to not attract attention. You gotta think 10 steps ahead and be observant to see if lottery agents are taking note of your wins... if u suspect ANYTHING ... cross out this store from your list PERMANENTLY... you dont need this attention. Never go back to a claiming store for at least 1 week. If you can just go to 10 stores/gas stations ... thats $5,000 a day tax free or 35,000 a week ..tax free ! No need to be greedy ... 35k x 52 weeks =  1.82 million tax free ... of course if you get audited, you'd have to come up with some valid excuse for where all that money came from Confused  lol ...

                      Just my 2 cents ..

I figured it would be about the price of lottery tickets a player would need to guarantee a win and tell the story of a player after much research discovering that the only way he could be sure he had the winning combination would be to buy all the possible combinations for $1000.

It's a movie about the implications of finding a method where you can pick, play, and win the pick-3 every day. A remake of the movie Lonely Guy because about three days after they told 1 person of their find, that number would be sold out and the lottery would shut down the game. There has been some discussion on the best ways to play and cash the winnings, but that would make for a boring movie.

A better story might be how a good looking young software salesman convinces an elderly state lottery CEO woman into changing the drawings from live ball drawings to his RNG program. The night janitor would be shown accidentally dropping his mop on one of the RNG computers keyboards and the results of the next 500 draws would be printed out.

a good movie will be i think where they had RnG drawing for Powerball and have the system (the RNG system) connected to the outside world (presently RnG drawings are isolated from the outside world)..And then a young kid (probably 15 years old) hacker finds a way to hack into the system from a remote location and manipulates then into playing the numbers he want, he then bribes a couple of people he knows into claiming the tickets and he then collect his shares...But the feds are after he after they scan every powerball first prize winning ticket for fingerprints and discover that for the past six months all of the won powerball jackpot share the same fingerprints...So they are after this person...But they don't know what he looks like yet...

if you think a hacker can't hack into a system connected to the outside world from a remote location, well i happened in real life, i just can't remember where it happened, but i think it was a casino...I remember i read it on the internet...

I think this is a good story for a movie..

I couldn't find the story about the specific hacker i was talking about but i did find this:

                              http://www.cybercrime.gov/juvenilepld.htm

Now if a computer hacker can do that to an aviation tower, now imagine how much more they could do to a RNG Powerball drawing connected to the outside world...

And this jacker of the avation tower was a juvenile...
