    I was hoping that someone could explain to me what a 1040 tickets is are.  Any help you can provide, I would greatly appreciate it.  Much thanks.

    You read the post wrong, that was 1040 tickets not a 1040 ticket.  (20 tickets per week X 52 weeks per year = 1040 tickets per year)

     * you don't need to buy more tickets, just buy a winning ticket *
