Ok, maybe I should have spelled "Note that 2^N would also apply to Up and Down so maybe on the Pick 3 and Pick 4 you could get your state to offer a "One Off" Option on Pick 3 and Pick 4." out.

eg for 123 one off would mean that 1 could be 0 or 2 , 2 could be 1 or 3 and 3 could be 2 or 4

any or all numbers could be one off and you would still get a prize.

Of course if you hit on 123 you would  get the 500 bux for the original bet.

 

It would loop at 0 and 9.

0 could be 1 or 9

9 could be 0 or 8
