Well now that depends if he took the first numbers the RNG gave him or waited til it gave him numbers he liked.
If he waited til it gave him numbers he liked then he picked them; they were his numbers.
So that's it! We have a few people here in our little town that are often seen hanging out in fast food joints and coffee shops talking to themselves!

One of things I've learned here at LP is that you can write anything in a game box, PAY ME, WINNER, etc, as long as you void that box. I think I'm going to start writing RNG and see if that triggers anything!
Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.
There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
