How do you say 2010? Twenty ten OR Two thousand ten?

I think it's time to end "two thousand one," "two thousand two," and such. If we don't stop using the long form now we might be stuck with it for a whole century. I think one decade with that form is enough.
"Twenty-oh-nine" is awkward, so we tolerated the long form, but now, without the "oh" in the middle, we should use the short form.

I'll end up saying both indiscriminately.
Today's winning 3-ball is going to be a number between 000 and 999.
In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play!

Happy New Year!!!
How do you say 2010? "Twenty ten" OR "Two thousand ten"
Depends on who I'm talking to or what I feel like calling it at that moment.
Time is a wonderful teacher, but it kills all its students.
A man must consider what a rich realm he leaves when he becomes a conformist.

You know, I will say I do like saying twentyten, it rolls of the tongue better smoother, nicer. Which makes me feel like that's the way this year is going to be for us; smoother, better, nicer. So yes, knock of with the Binary thing!!

Now, does it count??
