I was reading a post and the person was saying all the things they plan to do when they win the MM, PB or any of the Big ones! In it they also say they wanted to win because it would heal their self-esteem!

Do you believe that Winning Millions, will change the way you feel about yourself?

forget what "they" say about youWhat you say about you?...

Now, does it count??

I think my self esteem is ok Rosie but a big win would sure the hell help with my bar tab!

No! It would be a temporary fix at best!

Whatever I like or dislike about myself isn't going to change because now I have money. I may forget about my likes and dislikes for a very short time but eventually they'll be back.

The change has to come from within and not be dependent on conditions such as winning .

        What are your dislikes ca-?

Sometimes those issues can be resolved through intensive massage therapy.

By the way, I used to work for Massagers 'R' Us.

I am also one of many, who think that money will only make or enhance who you really are.  Additionally, a low self esteem can cause you to lose the money you have won!

I actually believe that if your self-esteem is already low, winning the big one could lower it even more.  You are bound to have to hurt some feelings here and there.

And, I agree...massage therapy all the way!  I would get one (instead of giving them) three times a week with my winnings.  :)

The answer is in your tag line - No matter where you go, there you are - But winning a big jackpot would pay for a lot of therapy! Massages - aaaahhhh yes indeed minimum of 3 a week

In a sense it would. With less worries about bills and impending doom...I would surely be in a better mood, and more confident about my life and where it's headed...thus boosting my self-esteem. Wink
