When I hear those stories I shake my head and wonder why I can't win just once. Lol

I'm not really so sure that's true, THRUST. Various people have been said to say the harder the work the luckier they become but I thinking many things it is indeed just luck. No conscious effort, people just get lucky.

I think it was Reba McIntyre who sang the national anthem at a rodeo or minor legaue ball game and it just so happned that someone from the music industry was there that night and heard her.

    There are many such stories.

For the question in the OP about people winning multiple jackpots, I know it happens once in a great while. I thini the lady from Texas was just "born under the right star", but if I find anything suspicious, it's not necessarily people winning more than once, but the number of "Wise Guys" that have won the Mass. Lottery.

I think it was Reba McIntyre who sang the national anthem at a rodeo or minor legaue ball game and it just so happned that someone from the music industry was there that night and heard her.

That may be true but I bet you ever time she sang the national anthem whether it was at a rodeo, minor league ball game or just at home she sang it as if someone from the music industry was listening.  When you do your best all the time, it's  not luck when you do your best when it counts.

How many such cases do you have knowledge of?  And what were the odds of winning a jackpot in each type of game?

      Winning a Pick5(5/39) jackpot three times is easier than winning a PB(5/59+1/39) jackpot once.  One is 1:575757 x 3 = 1:1727241 and the other is 1:195249054 x 1

People spend different amounts trying to win a jackpot, the person that spends more usually win and lose more.  There are too many variables that stories about multiple winners don't cover.  If some one won the PB or MM jackpots several times that might baffle me but for other games I would have to know more about the games they won and the amount they spent because most such stories are written to get the general public excited about playing the lotteries.

Only the ones I read about on the LP news are the one I read about here in Ga. I don't really know what the

odds were That not something I keep up with.

I'm not sure "ripe" is the proper terminology for an old prune.

                RJOh,

That's still kind of a neutral, thousands of singers sing like that, but how many get discovered?

Another example, do you know how the San Diego Chicken got the job? The costume fit him. Hardly a ton of preparation there.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

                Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

I remember the time Rosanne sing the national anthem at a Cincinnati Red game and everyone discovered she couldn't sing.  I've heard that singing it well isn't as easy as it sound when done well.

I always heard you make your own luck...gotta try that sometime. LOL

What ingredients do you need? Is there a special sauce or seasoning that needs to be added? I have searched for the recipe/formula for "Luck" for a long time .... would love to have a little bitty vial of Harry Potter's Felix Felicis (Liquid Luck).
