tiggs tickets go into tiggs trash..

"tiggs tickets go into tiggs trash.."

Do you realize you've just eliminated yourself from winning?

I read that book "The Secret" so I know.

You've just affirmed to the 'Universe' that your tickets go in the trash so that is where the Universe is going to make sure they go from now on.

      Your karma is cooked.

      You're screwed, dude.

            whats the book abt.?

"The Secret" is about the Law of Attraction and the effects that our thoughts and beliefs can have on the outcomes and experiences in our lives, for better or for worse. (It's also a movie and you may be able to find and view it online for free.) For example, if a person who plays the lottery often thinks, says, and feels "I never win", the belief is that over time that's the energy they will attract and that's what their experience will be; they'll never win. "The Secret" illustrates the power of positive thinking, and would suggest to change the thought "I never win" to something more aligned with winning. Eventually the beliefs and feelings will follow and the person will be more likely manifest a win if they think something like, "I'm very lucky when I play the lottery, I always win." For some people it works.

I tend to keep my non-winning tickets and I think it's time for me to toss some of them.

Just wondering what you do with your non-winning tickets.

              Thanks,

              Karinda

Thank you all for your very helpful and also very funny replies to my question!!! Smile I appreciate all of the information that you shared about taxes, and storage, and tossing tickets. I learned a lot from the replies and the smiles were a much needed bonus.

              Blessings for a winning 4th of July!Patriot

A 2 gallon storage bag from Dollar Tree works great.

And YES, I have deducted from my winnings.

When I won $1590 one year,  I took enough to remove all my taxes. An amount like that was believe able.

                          When I won $10,000 I believe that I deducted $4,000........ Believeable too...

                          No questions.

That is the way it is suppose to be.  If we are spending money on the lottery and we don't win BY LAW we are suppose to be able to write that off against any WINNINGS we have that year.  I have not HAD to do that yet as all my over $600 wins have been on multiple tickets (hit $1500 but on 6 $250 tickets).  But I keep ALL my losing tickets as the law says I CAN write them off.  And in case of an audit, all the stores I bought from are on the way to work or close to home.

At the start of the year I burn all the my losers and start fresh.
