I would rather hesitate to use other people's predictions unless I know
how they were generated and could backtrack them for at least last 30
draws. Otherwise, you just don't have an idea how effective their
prediction method is. With your limited budget you don't have much
room for experimentation.
Once you decide to go for someone's predictions also make sure
that predictions apply explicitly to your state lottery. There is no
such thing as "universal predictions" for all lotteries. Each lottery
has its specifics and trends at any given time, and these fluctuate
constantly. For example, take a look at frequency charts for 15-30
latest draws for few different lotteries. None of these charts will
be the same, most not even similar. Hot numbers in one lottery
may be completely cold in the other etc. Therefore it never makes
any sense to apply results from one lottery to others. Each lottery
is unique and has to be treated as such.
Personally, I prefer prediction methods based only on current
lottery stats due to the factors mentioned above. Many LP members
posted interesting prediction methods that could be applied to Idaho.
Perhaps they could share them with you.
