At what point to you jump in? Is $100m attractive enough?

Probably 300 or 400 million.  Maybe not even then, but I don't play too often anymore.  Just when I see really big Jackpots, compared to the odds.

The odds are too astronomical to make bets based on the jp size. The odds are the same regardless of its size. I don't bet or not bet based on jp size. I play the same line on all draws and also add lines on 10 draw cards, anywhere from 3-10 additional lines. $100 or so per month is my max limit regardless of jp size.

I agree. When players think its going to rollover ONE MORE TIME someone hits it and we're all back to square ONE! I play my regular numbers consistently.

I like to play all the time for powerball if I have the money too.  I sometimes wait for mega to get bigger but I always keep track of the numbers because I play the same numbers over and over.  So I hope that when they fall I have a ticket with my numbers on it or that is going to suck big time.-weshar75

That very fear drives me to keep my numbers in play

I don't care what the jackpot is, if I win it, it's enough to retire!

                  That's worth a buck or 2.

I don't need to jump in, I've been in for the last 15 years. I'm afraid to come out.  Eek

Wow! I am celebrating my 15th year as a lottery player myself. Don't ask me what I have to show for it!

I have been playing since 1996 and this fall in september marks my 37th birthday so it will be 16 years for me.  I am hoping for a big win before my 40th birthday if at all possible.-weshar75

I wouldn't mind a nice 2 million 5+0 match /power play tomorrow night! My dream home on the lake is up for sale at 975,000. I could buy it along with the usual water toys. Sounds alright to me :)

Cool beans! I will be 37 in December and started playing in the same year. I was only playing the state lottery at that time. In 2000 I started my road trips to GA to play Powerball. Late fall marks 16 years. It's been a long career - lol.
