OK, since you put it that way.

Just hope the other 125,000 members don't do the same thing. What?

Hopefully they all have shoes which are in good condition.  What?

This country was founded on the idea of free trade and competition, so why not with the state lottery systems?   Patriot

As it stands now, all members of the lottery commissions have only their best interest in mind.

For better or worse, at least it would keep all contenders on their toes, while wooing for their customers (you and me).

The states would argue because they are the government, they are entitled to this huge windfall business.

Then lets elect new forward thinking leaders and change those laws. Nothing is in stone. As paying players don't we have any say?   Smash

Benefits could include lower ticket prices, higher payouts, no more RNG's, delayed drawings and countless pre-tests and post tests.

              What say you.  What?

There just opened by my house a little shop with online, slot type games.

They have a promotion to start spend $20 get $5 free!  Sounds like a steal.

I went in to the store to check if they had a lotto machine, or even quick draw.

The store caters to chinese players, and the manager of the store was chinese, (who appeared to have gotten right out the cargo container as his english was non-existent.)

We  had an awkard conversation, as he answered all my various questions with various grunts while he pointed to the computers enthustiastically.

Finally after getting nowhere fast in our dialogue, i bid him farewell with a "goodbye" grunt.

I am not into playing slots, not even at the various racinos, and not being to communicate is always stressful, so I doubt I will go back, but this was the first of its kind that I have ever seen around my neighborhood and thus was very intriguing.

I suppose I will have to brush up on my Mandarin, and ask some more questions at a later time.

There was one segment of the private sector running numbers games ("policy", the number, which became the state's Pick 3) and taking horse race and sports bets long before state lotteries existed.

                      Wink

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

                      Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
