No New Jersey results this am. Looks like making money is NOT the States first priority this morning What?

It's entirely possible that there's no power at lottery headquarters.  Kinda hard to make money if you can't even turn the lights (and computers) on.

And besides, buying lotto tickets is probably the furthest thing from most New Jerseyans' minds today.

Speaking of which, I hope Todd's doing okay.

You could play and give the jackpot away to the victims. Praying won't help!

Thank you for your prayers shelby50!   Blue Angel

I'm from NH and we experienced very heavy rains, downed trees and near gale force winds.

As far as I know however, there were no casualties here, thank God!

If I buy the farm, I have arranged for automated robotic posting to take place, from several scripts I have been working on for six months.  Type

Oh, I see, you were being facetious.  My mistake.

                  He wasn't being facetious.

Maybe you just don't understand the meaning of this word.  What?

I don't owe you an explanation, but you'll get one anyway.

I inititally read his post as a sarcastic remark about the lack of NJ lottery results:  "What, the state doesn't want to make money off of lottery players today?"  As it turns out, I misinterpreted his tone, which is easy to do in a text-based medium.

                    By the way:
                    Dictionary.com - facetious
                    Merriam-Webster - facetious

Looks like I got it right.

Knowing Ronnie pretty well, he was simply interjecting some humor into his sincere response.

Kinda of like walking and chewing gum at the same time.

Your assumption of him being facetious remains incorrect, but at least you got the spelling down cold.  Thumbs Up

Lost power for two days. Highways & bridges were shut down. From the county below to NJ got the worst. Had a generator so i was good.
