  Most of America could stand to lose a few pounds anyway. 

   

  I'd buy a pack of Ramen which would last a couple days, steal some catsup from McDonald's for soup on the way home, and "invest" the rest.

  If that was my last money then I would play pick 3. Lots of people earn a living out of the pick 3 game because the odds of winning are much better than most other games.
