Well, the Powerball jackpot is now at $50 million again, where it was won the last two times. Will it roll to $60 million for Saturday or will it hit again? My vote is no because I'm not playing Wednesday. If it is won again, the MUSL folks will be really steamed, because they're really hurting paying off these guaranteed jackpots.

I don't think it will roll over because players are energized. I plan to win it if you don't mind. My usual numbers 19,23,31,47,56 (13) shall finally come

The last time the PB jackpot was at 50 million the cash value was 33m. Today it stands at 32.7. If anything there's a decline in sales. The holiday frenzy for lottery expired after the 587m jackpot was won.

I think casual players will regain momentum in the New Year.

Ryanm I don't think that the powerball will get hit this time. I think it is going to roll because the players just got lucky with these last two draws getting numbers that hit. So I am saying it will roll right into january. Good luck on your tickets!-weshar75

The cash value is determined by the current interest rate on the investment they would make to achieve the 50 million annuity. The cash value doesn't have anything to do with sales.

My vote is yes because the last time it rolled, it hit the 2nd highest jackpot in United States History ($588 million).
