  LW2, just playing devils advocate here, but you're saying that Powerball is fixed and biased towards high population states? How would you account for Rhode Island winning a $336 million jackpot in February of last year, and less than a month later another $70 million jackpot winner emerging from the same tiny state?

  The big February winner was an elderly woman in her 80's. If a fix was on I fail to see how she would be "selected" to win unless perhaps she's providing the powers that be a consistent supply of homemade baked goods.

  Also Iowa had 2 PB JP winners, compared to New York which had only 1 PB JP winner last year. The facts don't support what you're accusing the PB Lotto Commission of here.

  McGinnin - think a troll in the shape of those weebles (weebles wobbles but we dont fall down) - with ALOT of grey hair and a wicked smile...
