Nothing to report down here.
I am a bit more hopeful about the final SM prize being found, or at least some of those other big winners. I called Piggly Wiggly, and they said they have 10 tickets of 2MJ left. They couldn't tell me the book number over the phone.
Maybe we should make a google spreadsheet on SM, given it is at 200 books or less across the state at this point. I haven't had a chance to compare the book inventory reports, but I suspect there's quite a few retailers out there listed as having 1 book that don't actually have it. Ming Video store in Jacksonville for example is one store that insists it doesn't have it. This always begs the question of whether the book was indeed sent back with a rep, or whether or not the retailer is too lazy (and arrogant) to check their stock. The number listed on the inventory report shows 197 (including books in transit), but I think the realistic number of SM books remaining is under 100 across the entire state. This of course is a guesstimate, but partially based on anecdotal evidence where I've called some of those stores on the inventory list and they told me they didn't have SM, and from past experiences noticing stores listed as having 1 without activated are probably the biggest culprits for having their books pulled, and redistributed to a big retailer like AK Kwik.
With AK Kwik having 13 books, Sunoco on Dean Rd having 12-13 books, Jax district office having 12-13 books, Niki Food Store having 8 books, Kelly Kwik Stop having 7 books, that adds up to about 1/4th of the Super Millions books remaining in the state being in 5 locations. These locations are also 100% confirmed as having these books. If my estimate of there being about 100 books left across the state, these 5 locations would make up 50% of the remaining inventory. Very easy to pick up, too considering:
AK Kwik and Kelly Kwik Stop are both in Gville and 15 minutes apart
Sunoco on Dean Rd and Niki Food Store are both in Orlando/surrounding area and 15 minutes apart.
Jax District office is only 1.5 hrs from Orlando, or 1.5 hrs from Gainesville.
@ Adam, or Jackpotchasing - Either of you down for tagteam ending Super Millions? Honestly, I think the community can easily knock out the remaining books on this game.
