if you told anyone 20 years ago France would be more socialist than Russia people would have thought you were crazy.

Im not sure about 20 years ago, but wasn't it France that gave Hitler his rise on a silver platter?

Sucks, someone won it. Was hoping it would roll again to 125M but someone in France won it so its back to 12M. Guess I will be waiting for it to get back up there and maybe play it again.

What is wrong with winner $12 million?

I have heard that UK does not tax lottery winnings. Is that also the case on France? I wish they would stop taxing lottery winnings out here.

I Agree! It seems so stange making so much from selling tickrts and taxing the big payouts.

Its worse in NYC where the lottery winnings are taxed at Federal, State and City level.  I bet other cities are itching to follow this fine example by NYC.

It was the whole world, from pacifists like Neville Chamberlain in England to collaborators like Marshal Petain of the Vichy Government in France.

Evil prevails when good men stand by and do nothing.

Like Deputy Barney Fife used to tell Sheriff Andy Taylor: "Nip it in the bud, Andy, nip it, nip it, nip it!"

the government wants to have their cake and eat it too, simple as that.

France is on a roll this year, this is the 4th huge win for them wow.

Congrats to the lucky winner in France, hope he or she spends it wisely.

I did turn out to be a winner, I did receive that email from the national lottery saying News about your ticket and for me to log into my account, and lord and behold I won £90.30 for matching 4 main numbers, that's a good return since I bought only 2 lucky dips woo hooo.
