Winning numbers for April 10, 2013 drawing are 01-36-40-52-53, Powerball: 20..

OK, I didn't win anything. Only matched one white ball.

I don't think I will play PB anymore. I just doesn't make sense to spend $2 for PB because:

1. The odds of matching all 5 white balls plus one red ball are about the same as $1 MM.
2. The odds of matching all 5 white balls  but missing the red ball (1 in 5,153,633) are worse than $1 MM (1 in 3,904,701).
3. Even if you match 5 white balls but missing the red ball, there is no guarantee that you would get 1 million dollars because unlike other states, CA uses pari-mituel to divide the prizes.

You can watch the draw video here. The draw actually took place at California Lottery headquarter.

    Nobody won the jackpot.

    Next jackpot would be 70M.

Not gonna happen.... CA will not be willing to absorb the $2. price at the same rate as they buy MM.

Since the price of tickets is the same in each state it's probably irrelevant to the percentage of sales. I don't know if the 1st PB drawing they could play is an accurate indicator for the future, but California players started out by buying almost 23% of the tickets sold.

            Think rural, small town.

I won't allow it in any of the population centers.

              Yeah, I can "feel it".

I'm rooting for a mini skirt in Kansas to win this one! We need you guys to get back up to that 8m though. The JP is still underfunded.
