I'd play it.  It's as good as the QP's I've been playing, and you never know when you might run into a time traveller.

I would accept a slip from a time traveler any day of the week.

That happened in a fictionional story/movie with Chevy Chase. Chevy is about broke when some old guy breathing one of his last few breaths gives Chevy one ticket from a lottery drawing for that night at the casino before he collapses. Once the winning numbers are shown, Chevy remembers the numbers he saw on the ticket were the winning numbers, but he's is reluctant to take it from a now dead man and claim it. He eventually justifies it and claims the ticket.

Did this man have big ears, carry a staff, and say, "With this the lottery you will win."?

My thoughts exactly Ronnie, of the 7 of us - 4 said they would play the ticket. The other 3 said it was a hoax, we were being played.

Only a miserly, skinflint, cheapskate, penny-pinchin' tightwad wouldn't play it.

                        I hate those kinda people.

That was Vegas Vacation and the old guy died after seeing his Keno ticket win. When Clark (Chevy Chase) was deciding if he should pick up the ticket and cash it, Mr. Ellis (Sid Caesar) winked at him.
