If time and money weren't an issue I'd start my own high end clothing and jewerly line. Open a gourmet restaurant. Have a fully customizable auto shop building one of a kind sports cars... Think zebra strips and lepord spots for the paint. And just have fun.

Good for you for still wanting to exercise creativity and get you hands dirty if you win the lottery! I agree.

My question Masone is : How many people are you expecting to come on over to watch a movie with you? That's an awful lot of space.
It's just going to be me most of the time, maybe my gf if she acts right, but I absolutely hate watching movies with other people. I don't know about you, but one of the most enjoyable experiences for me is going to a movie theater alone, especially in a big theater like in the picture. Just get to sit back and immerse yourself in the movie. Popcorn, soda, candy, and in my theater's case, a full blown meal. No one yapping, no one leaning over and telling you what they think is going to happen, just you and the movie. Love it.
Of course friends and family can come over and watch, but I will probably be out doing something else when that's happening, or if it's a movie I already watched or have no interest in watching, then I might stick around and hang out with them.

I can relate to a point.
I don't like rubbing elbows with strangers either.
And I attract energy vampires everywhere I go.
I can be in an almost empty grocery store at midnight and as soon as I stop to look at something, there will be 3 or 4 people around me in my energy field looking at the same thing and some even making physical contact with me, all sucking the energy out of me. Book stores are the worst. And I'm sure they're not bad people, they may in fact be good people, I don't know, but I feel drained afterwards so I like to avoid it whenever possible.
When we go to the show, we go on the slowest night at the slowest time and I get the aisle seat so my wife can run interference next to me. But even if the place is almost empty the people there will still sit close to us. It all sounds crazy but it's true. We laugh about it when they start to gather. I even attract them on the phone, people will literally talk to me for hours if I don't cut them off. Yes, hours. I NEVER answer the phone anymore, lol.
So I like the private theatre idea but I'd probably do it on a much smaller scale.

Perhaps you looking at this all wrong Ridge.
Its your AURA that attracts these people, you know kinda like a Moth to a Flame. You giving off positive energy and people gravitate towards that- on the other hand it maybe that your visage reminds them of some celebrity who has passed on like " Cary Grant or Bogart"- l would not know. You keeping their " hopes" alive.
** Case in Point: How else does one explain Ridge asking a question and getting over 7,000 viewings?- Its your Aura.Told ya.
