          I wouldn't quit my job, that's bill money amd buying another rental... that's all. Where I live, all it takes is 5 single family homes and you're set... I have 2 now.

            It depends.  If someone truly hates their work and is looking for a change, then this opportunity would work out well for them.  They have some money while they look for another job.

              77k is a good start to GETTING to being retired! If you are using a system and you hit with it, it just helps MORE hits happen.

                no ,quitting any job would be a dumb idea for that small of an amount, but  like KAPLA stated , it's a good start for a retirement fund

                    For me, the most important "charitable foundation" would be one that supported my family. With any excess I'd be glad to help others.
