Look at it this way... they're still numbers... the same numbers you've always played
- there will still be repeating pairs
- there will still be double Vtrac returns
- there will still be due pairs, due singles
- there will still be due short sums
Same game... you just have to adapt to a different pattern. Look at it as a new opportunity to play the game differently.

Track the numbers, and then make them pay you for their mistakes

TheRNG machine will chum UR pick 3 and pick 4 NUMBERS 4U!

ILLINOIS pick 3 and pick 4 just can't git no butter than havin RNG pick the NUMBERS!

ILLINOIS pickers will need more than LUCK to win won of these RNG picked tickets?

It is still to early to tell, but under the old system IL Pick 4 had a approx 30% hit ratio of a straight set of numbers hitting more than once. The average for a set of straight numbers hitting of more than once in a Group of 50 drawings was approx 15 out of a group of 50 drawings. To date - out of the 12 drawings under the RNG - they have not match a set of straight numbers going back to 01/01/11. Time will tell where this is going. It is a possibility that the software could exclude any numbers that were all ready drawn previously which would be a definite NO NO. I am keeping an open mind on this as you never know what goes on behind closed doors. I am not saying I don't trust ILLINOIS, but history has a way of repeating itself ( especially where there is money involved.................... )

My advice would be to boycott the IL lottery altogether. If you win, you won't get paid anyway.

If software could be written to exclude past history drawings, they certainly can add a feature to exclude trips or quads..............................

In this world, anything is possible. Might not be probable, but certainly possible.

I for one, will not play any GAME that is run by software behind closed doors & especially in ILLINOIS. Trusting ILLINOIS is like trusting my dog not to eat my sandwich which I put down while I make a short trip to the rest room. Upon returning, the sandwich is gone & I get a look that says " What are you looking at, I don't know what happened to your sandwich."
