Yeah, the monies should stay with the U.S and its territories that have lotto. It's okay if foreigners win while playing in the U.S. I'm against the online lotto game offerings.

"Yeah, the monies should stay with the U.S and its territories that have lotto."

It looks like you're saying the people in Nevada, Utah, Alabama, and Mississippi shouldn't be paid if the win a jackpot in another state because their state has no lottery?

"I'm against the online lotto game offerings."

That's your opinion and just because this is a lottery discussion forum, why not explain why you're against a state lottery selling tickets online.

    lotto is said to be a tax on the stupid, so why not get the tax from more stupid people than just the ones in your state

    2014 = -1016; 2015= -1409; 2016  = -1171; 2017 = ?  TOT =  -3596

    keno historic = -2291 ; 2015= -603; 2016= -424; 2017 = ? TOT = - 3318

      I Agree!

      Everybody is entitled to their opinion, but at the end of the day the lotteries make the rules. Experience lottery players know sales is the determining factor; not player's opinions.
