A bit of Lottery Post news today.

As I have hinted with the "®" symbol in the subject of this thread, my epic multi-year quest to register Lottery Post as a registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office is finally complete!

Today I received my Certificate of Registration for the mark "Lottery Post", under the Principal Register (which affords a great deal of protection to the mark). One of the benefits to being on the Principle Register is the ability to use the "®" symbol.

Some trademark registrations go much quicker, but for one reason or another Lottery Post took monumental patience and extra effort to achieve. So glad it's over!

I suppose it took more time and effort then other things B/C it's a somewhat unusual and very successful site.

I heard stories about difficulty getting the "R" while the "TM" is not fussed over that much.

Nice! Did you use a lawyer or Legalzoom.com? I'm looking to trademark something and was wondering about that site.

Super! However: A U.S. Registered Trademark does not afford protection in another country. An International Registered Trademark is going to require some additional work.
