I have copied all the number for my state in to excel and now i want to change the color of the text for each number but not do it by hand does anyone know how to do it or can it be done
1>Download the zip file from link above
2>Unzip the Excel file into a new folder or location of your choosing.
3>Open the Michigan Pick 4 Excel file
4>Click the tab labeled MI4C. This worksheet has the winning Pick 4 draws through Tuesday August 9, 2016
Notice in cell ranges L20 through O119 (digits) and cell ranges S20 through V119 (Vtracs) all the digits are colorized according to their value
5>Click the tab labeled "ColorIndex"
6>Click the Toolbar labeled "Step 1 Click to Remove Colors"
7>Click the tab labeled MI4C. Notice that all the digits are now un-formatted (no color)
8>You can add or delete draws in the MI4C worksheet by clicking the appropriate toolbars. Adding new draws only requires you to enter the winning Michigan Pick 4 drawing in cell F20.
9>Click the tab labeled "ColorIndex". Click Step 2 Click to Colorize Digits.
10>Click the tab labeled MI4C. Notice that all the digits and vtracs are colorized.
I currently have the total draws to colorize to 100 draws. You can change the total draws by doing the following:
1>Click the tab labeled MI4C.
2>Change the value in cell B6 from 100 to whatever value you wish as long as it's not greater than the value in cell B20.
If you wish to change the colors:
1>Click the tab labeled "ColorIndex"
2>In cell range D10 through F19 you can change the R-G-B values to the custom of you choice for digits 0 through 9.
3>In cell range G10 through G19 you can change if you want the digit to be bold by selecting 1=False or 2=True (Bold)
Note: when adding new drawing make sure you remove the color from all the digits.
