For those who are interested and may want to build there own version here is how it works.
The program is much like a 16-band equalizer plus a master control. The first 16 slides are
set using the auto-tune button and it calculates the probability for each of the 16 based on the
historic hit rate for each of the 16 conditions. The 16 conditions used can be anything but they all
need to be different from one another. The slides can be fined tuned if desired. The slide value
is used as a weight and the higher it is set the more influence that condition has on the lines
passed.
The master slide is then used to control the sum of the other slides. To make it easy to understand
lets look at just the first 3 slides and the master. If we set slide A to .50 and slides B and C to .25
then the average for the 3 would be .50+.25+.25 =1 / 3 =.33 If the master slide is set to .33 then
any set that meets all three conditions would pass. Using all 16 conditions with the master slide
allows the lines several ways to pass through even if a few conditions are not met.
The bottom 5 sliders are independent analysis tools. Each one uses the same exact data in it's
analysis but each analysis is different. Moving the slider up or down causes the program to search
the data string for certain patterns that when found light up like a digital power meter. The stronger
the pattern is the more the power meter lights up. If none of the 5 show a strong signal for the slide
under analysis then the user may want to set that slide to zero or a very low value.
The entire setup does not require the user to look at a single digit, data string etc... Just move the
5 lower sliders up or down looking for a strong signal to show up. The stronger the signal the higher
the slide value under analysis should be set.
The program has several methods of generating the lines. Random = regular RNG but the lines still
have to pass through the slide settings. The second is a full number wheel that will start with 000
and end with 999 for a pick-3. The third, R-F-M allows the user to paste lines generated by another
program. Forth, If the master slide is set to zero then the program functions like a filtered wheel where
each slide functions like a hit / miss filtering system. In this type of run the slides are set to either zero
to block the condition or any value above zero to accept.
The master slide setting is the most critical as the others can be set to just about anything. Just like
in a audio equalizer where we can block, reduce or strengthen what frequencies are passed to the
output stage.
