alsports2000 you're about to understand what my wife means when she says "You almost always give me what I want, but never the way I want it!"
Sure, I can answer your question, but you won't like it...
(This is out of over a 1.45 million drawings, btw...)
Perhaps you want the lower numbers...

You're asking for a fixed combination in a flowing number system... It's changing every drawing.
For a 20 out of 80 keno...
*Take 5 numbers out of the previous drawing
*Take 4 numbers out of the drawing before that- 2 draws ago (that didn't get redrawn since)
*Take 1 number out of the drawing before that- 3 draws ago (that didn't get redrawn since)
You're very welcome... group hug right back at you buddy...
And don't worry- sarcasm won't bother me at all...
In NY P10, these are the top 20 combinations of 4 that have appeared in all of the drawings. All combinations of 4 have appeared at least 5 times each.

dr san I don't know those games... Tell me how they work, and I would be happy to do a work up for you, Sir.
Pick 3 is basically 1 in 1000. 3 digits 0 to 9. Pick 4 is 1 in 10,000, 4 digits 0 to 9. The odds are fairly straightforward to calculate, if 1 digits is fixed in P3 there are then 100 combinations where that 1 digit appears. There are additional calculations for box versus straight or odd versus even. The problem with those games is that the payout isn't enough to make winning worthwhile.

You do realize there is not going to be a "universal" set of numbers that will apply to all Keno games. Every game will have a different set of most common numbers and the only way to get that information is to look at the results for that specific game.
